JOB DESCRIPTION

CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE/INSTALLATION COORDINATOR



Full Time

Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm - Monday through Friday

9:00 am to 4:00 pm - 1 Saturday a month

Salary: $18 - $20 BOE

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide Customer Care, administrative support and problem resolution to Operations Department.
  • Serves customers by making appointments to dispatch services and/or Installations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by receiving and accurately recording customer information and issues, identifying customer needs.
  • Demonstrate teamwork: work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, leading and following as needed.
  • Inbound/Outbound calls
  • Help facilitate the progress and completion of projects managing the installations and service crew's schedule.
  • Provide an exceptional experience for our customers each time.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate with customers.
  • Positive, enthusiastic and optimistic.
  • Able to connect with customers and their problems.
  • Excellent written communication skills to deal with customers issues in a professional and friendly way.
  • Must possess initiative and be proactive
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Customer service skills and oriented attitude

  • Consistent attendance history
  • Focused and able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
  • Reliable
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a Plus
