Salary: Up to $16/hr

Large manufacturing company located in Alpharetta is hiring for a Sales Order Entry / Administrative Assistant! Excellent opportunity and growth potential!

Seeking candidates who are extremely detailed oriented to enter orders, follow up on shipments and answer questions regarding orders or billing. Will also be responsible for general office support such as; answering phones, invoicing, filing, mailing, and data entry.

Pay: Up to $16/hr + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation & Holiday)

Major Responsibilities:
  • Enter Sales Orders and maintain files for the open orders until shipment is complete.
  • Post and file invoices as well as; deal with any issues.
  • Prepare shipping documents to invoice customers.
  • Data Entry / Order Entry
  • Customer Service
  • Collections by faxing, or emailing customers for payment
  • Receiving verification of new inventory
  • Shipping confirmation by following up with customers on deliveries

Seeking these skills:
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Extremely detailed oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple tasks.
  • Highly organized

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm
