Job Duties:

The Technical Support/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering all incoming technical calls, outbound calls, emails, work order requests and providing excellent Customer Service. This role will require high attention to detail and superior prioritization skills. Training on equipment and filtration systems will be ongoing, on the job, and require the individual to be a fast learner and have exceptional problem solving skills.

Technical Support is the product knowledge base of the company; the individual will need to learn and become proficient in all aspects of water filtration, water dispensers and products, and be able to articulate back to our clients who are calling in for support. Incoming calls are received by a customer group exceeding 10,000 pharmacists and technicians across the nation and overseas; as a representative of the company, this role will demonstrate extreme patience and always exemplify outstanding customer service.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in phone customer service role
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Technical Support (providing phone support to clients in the field) NOT computer science related
  • Type a minimum of 35WPM
  • High school diploma
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience with a CRM or other database system
  • Ability to multi-task in high volume and high stress situations
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Experience with multi-line phone system: Answering, Transferring, Putting on hold
  • Proficient multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with high volume incoming and outbound calls
  • Willingness to learn
