Job Description

This person would assist in the proper training and supervision of all personnel, to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • This person will be responsible for assigned shifts, focusing on overall Supervision of all Food and Beverage Outlets.
  • Be present on the restaurant floors majority of the time.
  • This person would be expected to handle guest comments and complaints and follow up with guests.
  • Focus on meeting Omni Service Standards and enhancing current service levels.


Qualifications

  • Candidate should possess great communication and leadership skills.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred, previous food and beverage experience required.
  • This candidate must be flexible with availability and able to work AM's, PM's, weekends and holidays.
