TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center is currently looking for its next
Echo cardiographer Technician .

Shift: Full-Time Days (Rotating Weekends)
Department: Imaging

  • Performs Imaging procedures of patients maintaining a high level quality and patient care
  • Perform high quality exams on each patient.
  • Assists in transporting patients.
  • Assist Radiologist as needed
  • Ensures patient and radiation safety at all times.
  • Maintains accurate records and logs in the department
  • Maintains supplies and inventory in a cost effective manner
  • Participates in PI plan.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
  • Works in the Imaging department and the hospital as a team player.
  • Can operate the Synapse (PACS)/ TelaRadiology system /Meditech/CD burner.

  • Graduate of a program in Echocardiography approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association or documented equivalent education, experience and training
  • Current RCT license
  • Previous experience performing echocardiography procedures preferred
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support
