Responsible for the preparation of meals in Bob's Steak and Chop House and banquets. Requires good communication skills including proficiency in verbal English and demonstrated professionalism.


Must have previous Sous Chef or Kitchen Supervisor experience in a high volume, upscale dining establishment. Must have strong line-cook and culinary leadership skills. Must have knowledge of meats and fish, including butchery, and sanitation and health code requirements. Must be a creative and takes the initiative. Position requires bending, continuous standing, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting of up to 50 pounds. Must have an open and flexible schedule.
