Job Description

To direct, instruct, evaluate, supervise and administer the massage department and treatments (massage/body/hydrotherapy).

Responsibilities

  • To demonstrate leadership throughout the Spa and related areas to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Is a working supervisor who supervises and monitors the Massage department.
  • To coordinate inventory and ordering on a monthly basis.
  • To assist in hiring and provide direct training and evaluation of staff for the Massage department.
  • To conduct scheduled Massage, Body and Bath inventory and ordering.
  • To assist the Spa Director and Assistant Spa Director in overall operations of the Spa.
  • To provide personal attention and provide a pleasant visit to guest.
  • To assume responsibility for the Spa in the Assistant Spa Director's absence.
  • To coordinate and direct service to ensure a superior level of guest satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Must be able to work a flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to perform all massage services offered on the Spa menu including deep tissue and body treatments.
  • Daily cleaning as needed in regards to treatment rooms.
  • Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Must be willing to train all new LMTs for the Spa.
  • Must be willing and able to do ordering of massage supplies.
