Job Description

The Office Manager plans, organizes and manages all activities connected with the running of the office, including client registration, check-in, checkout, supply management, inventory, assisting with clients as indicated, strategic planning, marketing and liaison work with the University. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Excellent computer skills, including use of MS Office suite Ability to use technologies needed to perform job duties Excellent customer service and effective public relatio ns knowledge with the ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form and create positive interpersonal relationships with staff, student workers, clinicians, referral sources and clients Knowledge of supervisory and management principles and practices Ability to organize, assign and schedule workload among student workers and volunteers Ability to develop recommendations for the office budget Ability to manage office financial accounts Ability to perform oversight of office organization, daily cleaning and safety procedures Strong organization skills and creativity needed EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Associate~s degree in a healthcare-related field Three years of supervisory experience Two years of customer service experience LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED: None
