We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an Executive Director Digital Marketing position that will be based in our Digital Marketing department. This position is based in Altamonte Springs, FL.

This position provides the opportunity to be responsible for leading the organization as an innovator in the rapidly evolving digital healthcare landscape. This includes defining the strategic framework and actionable road map for Adventist Health System's digital transformation, which has a primary goal of applying digital solutions to accelerate the achievement of Adventist Health System strategic imperatives.

This role reports to the VP Marketing and Innovation, and is responsible for managing a team of high-performing marketing professionals in digital strategy, website strategy, content development & strategy, CRM and marketing contact center.

Specific job duties include:
  • Lead digital marketing operations supporting the strategic vision and business goals of Adventist Health System
  • Coordinate and work with the market regional leaders for the strategic planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of efforts in

  • Provide strategic input to innovate and deliver ideas and solutions based on market research, focus groups, surveys, and user experience studies
  • Translate business goals into a well-defined CRM strategy with demand and lead generation programs encompassing campaign management and call center functions
  • Develop overarching and campaign/initiative-specific digital marketing plans that include lead and pipeline goals, target markets and audiences, digital assets (creative, content, etc.), performance evaluation, and optimization
  • Display extensive knowledge on integrating digital and traditional channels effectively
  • Lead, manage, and elevate the [digital marketing team], cross-functional teams and partner/vendor relationships, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and supervision efforts
  • Give significant attention and care to relationships and strategic alignment at regional locations
  • Successfully complete the discovery, implementation, management, and integration of technology platforms, including a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, to offer advanced and personalized digital patient experiences, manage multi-touch marketing efforts, and demonstrate clear ROI for B2C efforts and B2B efforts
  • Collaborate across a highly matrixed organization to understand business, patient care, and marketing challenges and offer digital and technology solutions
  • Evaluate and demonstrate the business impact of digital programs through reports and dashboards including demand, qualified leads, conversions, and other relevant KPIs
  • Lead the creation and communication of value stories and business impact reports for digital marketing efforts, educating and translating as needed to ensure leadership has the best data for decision-making
  • Lead contact center operations supporting the strategic vision and business goals of Adventist Health System
  • Drive improvement plans for customer service excellence in contact center operations, including:
    • Training
    • Lead generation
    • Call volume
    • Appointments scheduled
    • Campaign/Initiative fulfillment
    • Tracking and reporting
    • Revenue reconciliation
  • Extensively evaluate customer service operations and benchmark against best-in-class service experiences
  • Conduct patient journey mapping and document patient paths to service/purchase
  • Create a culture of service excellence through socialization of patient experience values and initiatives across the organization
  • Lead service excellence strategies for the organization and narrow network, including working with other management on training and implementation
  • Optimize digital and contact center touch points across systems and the organization to support smooth patient journeys
  • Develop and document the ideal future state for patient experience, including opportunities for cross-selling and increased loyalty

Experience Requirements:
  • 10+ years in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years in digital marketing/digital health

Educational Requirements:
  • BA/BS in business, marketing or related area

Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Apply executive-level thought leadership to move and keep Adventist Health System in a position of market leadership by strategically leveraging staff and technology to drive new business and prepare for population health management
  • Display superior leadership and abilities in problem solving and using data to derive solutions
  • Proven ability to lead with a clear vision in a highly matrixed marketing organization
  • Exhibit proactivity to mitigate risk and adjust strategies and tactics to dynamic changes in the marketplace
  • Apply multimillion-dollar budget management experience to:
    • Develop, implement and monitor digital marketing, technology, and call center budgets
    • Forecast revenue and hold responsibility for increases in ROI (bottom-line profitability, top-line revenues, and customer loyalty from patients)
