We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an Executive Recruiter position that will be based in our Human Resources department. This position is based at our corporate office in Altamonte Springs, FL.

This position provides the opportunity for owning and executing Executive level searches across AHS. The Executive recruiter manages all aspects of executive search including creative candidate sourcing, marketing, cold calling, candidate generation and candidate development, interview and screening, client management and offer/negotiation and onboarding. The Executive recruiter partners with the talent management strategy team to create compelling marketing campaigns and leverages on line recruiting techniques and tools. The executive recruiter is a subject matter expert and partners with Sr. Leadership to provide strategic guidance and advice.

Specific job duties include:
  • Manages recruitment life-cycle from kick off through closure to assure service level agreement is met.
  • Conducts research to map target companies and college alumni and the right candidates for AHS executive roles.
  • Creates and implements robust search strategies that will identity and attract innovative leaders.
  • Leverages online recruiting techniques and tools.
  • Creates compelling marketing campaigns in partnership with Talent Management Strategy team.
  • Builds out talent networks in healthcare leadership tapping into both healthcare and academic organizations under the Seventh Day Adventist Church to develop and on-going pool of candidates.
  • Develops prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing assessment and screening.
    Conducts on-site interviews and participates in de-briefs, performing 360 reference checks.
  • Develops and maintains strong professional relationships with candidates by providing superior candidate care including clearly defined position requirements, recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and de-briefing.
  • Calibrates candidates with hiring manager and senior executives..
  • Ensures interviews are scheduled and confirmed in a timely manner.
  • Communicates each candidate's experience and qualifications for the opportunity and advises hiring leader of candidate background, expertise and career potential.
  • Manages and negotiates both the selection and offer process including but not limited to candidate compensation, benefits, relocation and pre-close of the candidate.
  • Performs client update meetings on active searches.
  • Provides strategic guidance and advice in a partnership with senior leadership.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on market trends, target companies and roles

Experience Requirements:
  • 10+ years recruiting experience with demonstrated experience in executive sourcing and search
  • 7+ years search experience with demonstrated experience in placement of Healthcare senior executives
  • 5+ years of conducting in-depth competency and behavior based interviews and evaluating candidate profiles

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree

Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Research acumen and creativity
  • Superb communication skills; a compelling communicator able to engage the attention of busy, senior executives
  • Highly articulate, able to convey complex arguments and engage with senior level executives in a polished, professional manner
  • Familiarity with employment laws, trends and policies
