Customer Service Agent:

The Customer Service Agent assists the clients with inquires, payment adjustments, and complaints via telephone, fax, and email.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Address client inquires concerns and complaints via inbound/outbound calls, mail, email and fax.

Client retention by using scripted cancellation rebuttals.

Document communications and transactions by completing forms and record logs.

Maintain quality service by following organization standards, policies and procedures.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related job duties as needed.

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

High School degree, GED or equivalent

Knowledge and Experience :

Must have basic Windows 7 knowledge

Basic level efficiency in Excel

Knowledge of basic collections

**Minimum 2 years' experience in Call Center environment**

Telephone Etiquette

Organized

High Energy

Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite

Typing minimum- 35 WPM,

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills

SALARY: $16.00
