Job Description

The Mini Golf Attendant role is dedicated to providing quality service that exceeds Guest and Member expectations. The Mini Golf Attendant works to create guests for life, by proactively embracing service standards, adhering to safety regulations and gaining the knowledge to assist guests with any and all needs.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and employee partners, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency, and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.
  • Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and employee partners.
  • Work with Director of Recreation to ensure excellence and quality in service and products/offerings as well as drive revenue in all activities on property.
  • Ensure mini golf starting process and pace of play are managed according to established game play guidelines.
  • Support guests during play by addressing game speed, horseplay, rules and similar communication to appropriate players.
  • Complete retail and other financial transactions according to established policy.
  • Clean and maintain a hygienic and organized work area.
  • Ensuring that all closing duties are completed, e.g. locking area, turning off equipment and lights, etc...
  • Basic maintenance on machines.


Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must have strong guest service skills.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Must have basic math skills.
