Job Description

This role will be responsible for assisting with and supervising all aspects of Omni Hotels Training Programs to include Development, Reporting, Analysis, Creation, Implementation and Program Follow up. This role will also be responsible for all communication to the field and be a resource for the field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all company development programs including the Leader in Development Program, Self Directed Development Program and the Executive in Development Program
  • Generate and analyze company turnover data
  • Prepare the board book pages monthly
  • Create and present monthly manager trainings in compliance with our 12 management competencies
  • Conduct all monthly, quarterly and annual reports including but not limited to, Turnover, Stability, EEOC, Talent, Internal Promotions, etc.
  • Organize and administer the annual Associate Engagement Survey (AES) for all hotels within the brand
  • Craft presentations for the Chief Human Resources Officer
  • Manage the on-boarding process for all Corporate Associates
  • Conduct stay interviews to ensure associate engagement
  • Spearhead the annual 360 review process
  • Manage the Human Resources portion of the company intranet
  • Create and send all Human Resources new hire and promotion announcements
  • Manage the monthly Human Resources conference call
  • Plan and manage all new General Manager and Human Resources Director Orientations as well as Human Resources Conferences & Development Conferences
  • Act as a resource for the field including but not limited to, all Human Resources associates


Qualifications

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have effective and engaging communication skills, both oral and written
  • Must have strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Prezi Presentation Software skills
  • Must have outstanding analytical skills
  • Hotel/Resort experience strongly preferred
  • Experience conducting and implementing training and development programs
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
