We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Financial Analyst position that will be based in our Physician Enterprise department. This position is based at our corporate office in Altamonte Springs, FL.

This position has the opportunity to apply technical, analytical, and creative skills to research issues and provide solutions/improvements within the Physician Enterprise department. This person demonstrates competences in decision support; converting raw data into useful and actionable information.

Specific job duties include:

The Financial Analyst duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.



Routine (Monthly/Annually)
  • Compile monthly data required to populate dashboards and reports.
  • Reconcile and validate monthly financial and statistical data.
  • Run routine audits to ensure data integrity in all reports and dashboards.
  • Create templates and reports to support annual budget review process.
  • Conduct physician compensation analysis and reviews.
  • Compile and publish updated benchmark survey data.
  • Maintain data warehouse uploads and mapping documents

Ongoing/Ad-hoc
  • Review physician employment contracts.
  • Support ad-hoc financial reporting or decision support needs.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation for PE Help Documentation and other Guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining new and/or existing dashboards and reports.
  • Support data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives.

Experience Requirements:
  • 2+ years of business experience post college strongly preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred.

Education Requirements:
  • Position requires a level of knowledge and training obtained through a college education
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred

Software Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Microsoft Access (preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel - Advanced knowledge required
  • Windows Operating System
  • Web browser (Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • NextGen (preferred)
  • Hyperion (preferred)
  • Business Objects Planning (preferred)
  • Data warehousing tools/techniques (preferred)
