Role Summary: Provides support and coordination for multiple clinical research projects at Mission while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and organizational policy; coordinates the administrative approval process for research proposals; acts as the liaison and point-of-contact for vendors, physicians and other department; provides administrative support for the departmental leadership.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in business or health related field, or equivalent relevant work experience in Research, Healthcare, or Finance.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field and college-level coursework in research or medical terminology.

Required Certification: Protection of Human Subjects in Research within 1 month of hire.

Preferred Certification: CCRP, CRA

Required Experience: Three years administrative experience in a hospital or research setting with exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills and English composition. Proven
ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with teams. Must be detailed
oriented, have excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, and time
management skills. Must be able to manage several projects at once and provide
rapid, professional responses in a fast-paced environment. Must have a work
record demonstrating a high level of attention to details and successful project
management.

Preferred Experience: Experience with industry and government sponsored projects, specifically contracts and budgets. Knowledge of federal, state and local
