This luxurious Omni property, which opened it's doors on March 6, 2018, is located in the heart of Downtown Louisville and designed with intersecting towers that represent the crossroads of the past, present and future of Louisville. Inspired by the city's rich history and authentic character, the Omni Louisville will transform one of the city's most significant urban blocks into a unique and vibrant mixed-use environment offering hotel guests, residents and locals a chance to connect and enjoy the best of a great city.

The hotel will be a prominent landmark against the Louisville skyline, glistening during the day and glowing at night, with the iconic glassy ends of the 612 room hotel. The hotel pool and rooftop bar, designed for seamless indoor and outdoor integration, will allow guests to rest, relax or socialize with spectacular views of the city from above. Job Description

This position is responsible for maintaining high standard presentation in the Mini Bar Department.


  • Obtain guest room list and begin with vacant rooms
  • Assign daily work assignments and log on daily checklist
  • Ensure all attendants have proper knowledge of inventories and par
  • Check carts for proper inventory and restock to standard when needed
  • Ensure that mini bar cleanliness and working order adhere to four diamond standards
  • Post charges to account via telephone
  • Replenish consumed items to standard and confirm against par list
  • Ensure that all Do Not Disturbs are checked again before departure; pull the room refill list to show times
  • Ensure that all work orders are completed daily and logged on the daily checklist for follow up
  • Confirm progress of attendants using phone reports and daily sales reports.
  • Attend monthly department meetings
  • Must be knowledgeable of monthly service standard, guest acknowledgement, safety and emergency procedures
  • Must be knowledgeable of storeroom requisition procedures


  • Must be able to push 35 lbs., product cart, and bend at the knee to check bars
  • Must be able to walk up and down stairs throughout the day
  • Must be able to speak conversational English
  • Must be able to work a varied schedule which includes working weekends and holidays
  • Must have current Food Handler's certification
