Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of all hourly openings across the resort property. In conjunction with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, the TA Manager will be responsible to ensure all processes and policies are adhered to, and followed, continually seeking opportunities to innovate and operate more efficiently. The Talent Acquisition Manager will additionally work together with the resort Training Manager to ensure orientations for all newly hired associates are scheduled in a timely-manner. Supports the Director of Human Resources and Assistant Director of Human Resources with other aspects and functions of the department in accordance with Hotel standards.


  • Conduct all pre-screening of line/hourly position applicants to include administering the Predictive Index and ability to explain to Management Candidate
  • Provide weekly updates to Sr. TA Manager on status of openings, interviews, and outstanding offers
  • Create and place recruitment advertisements in appropriate news media with EOE,M/F/D/V
  • Completes reference checks on those applicants whom the hotel has identified as potential associates
  • Ensure the Drug Testing Policy is adhered to for positions that require drug testing only(refer to SOP)
  • Ensure completion of I-9 forms-Make sure all is correctly entered into ULTIPRO under the I-9 section
  • Immigration Law and Corporate Policies followed-Make sure all documentation is up to date
  • Develop and maintain Open Employment Report-make sure it is posted weekly or as needed
  • Maintain job requisition and associated logs, ensuring appropriate compliance for annual OFCCP Audit report
  • Maintain all job posting programs
  • Ensure monthly turnover report
  • Conducts exit interviews for all terminating associates and ensures final clearance and pay check distribution
  • Participates in planning and execution of associate events planned by the Human Resource Department


  • Bachelor's Degree, or Equivalent related work experience
  • 1-2 years experience recruiting line level associates
  • Excellent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, with ability to analyze reports in Excel utilizing formulas, pivot tables, graphs, etc.
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work on-site at The Omni Homestead (work from home not authorized)
  • Recruitment for a multi-outlet hospitality organization (strongly preferred)
  • Hotel experience (strongly preferred)
  • Human Resources management experience: training, benefits, etc. (strongly preferred)
  • Experience working with different agencies and recruiters (preferred)
  • Management level recruiting experience (preferred)
