Job Description

Job Summary:

This position provides quality assessments for various departments and processes, as assigned, in each department within the Revenue Cycle Division. This position is responsible for observing and measuring the quality of the work output and process, quantifying measurable observed data, coaching and counseling staff to modify performance to facilitate the highest level of accuracy toward achieving exceptional customer service, patient satisfaction, and net revenue gains. They will be responsible for providing management reports and scorecards to trend performance. Additionally, this role will measure compliance against established expectations of staff behavior and work output. Quality Assessments will be conducted in real-time, objective and neutral manner to include specific training recommendations for identified areas of improvement.

Required Education:

Associates Degree or three years' experience in Revenue Cycle or Call Center leadership, quality review, or educator role.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience:

Two or more years of Call Center or healthcare related experience in a Revenue Cycle area (as applicable to the hiring department). Revenue Cycle or Call Center supervisory / lead role, quality review or training experience. Excellent command of the English language, with bi-lingual skills a plus. Above-average Microsoft Office skills. Ability to learn new technology quickly and multi-task.

Preferred Experience:

Three or more years of Revenue Cycle or Call Center management or quality review and process training.
