Regional Surgical Specialist (RSS) and Mission Health are seeking a full time BC/BE General Surgeon with interest in emergency general/acute care surgery. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of a surgical hospitalist program in Asheville, NC. The surgeon will be employed by Regional Surgical Specialist, a premier surgical group comprised of 13 highly trained BC general surgeons. Regional Surgical Specialist performs an array of surgeries including complex open and advanced laparoscopic procedures such as Abdominal, Breast, Colorectal, Endocrine, Hernia, Surgical Oncology and Bariatric procedures. With over 35 years of longevity in the medical community of western North Carolina, RSS works closely with local hospitals and medical practices to provide state-of-the-art surgery care to its patients.
