Job Description

A Cook 1 will demonstrate advanced culinary skills & techniques in all kitchen stations: salads, desserts, broiler/grill, sauce/sauté, fryer, and vegetables, while working with little, or no, supervision. As a Cook 1, you are expected to assist and coach all Cook 2s (intermediate level) and Cook 3s (entry level) throughout your shift, supporting a positive learning environment.


  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Previous culinary experience in a professional kitchen
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, and stand for 8-12 hours per shift
  • Previous culinary experience working in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
  • Culinary Degree (preferred)
