Job Description

The Banquet Steward is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment and facilities utilized through corporate and catering events. This role is responsible to assist with setup and tear down of all banquet event space, ensuring the clients' vision is brought to life.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, and stand for 8-12 hours per shift
  • Previous dishwasher / steward experience in a professional kitchen (preferred)
  • Food Handlers Certification (preferred)
