BOJ of WNC, LLC and BOJ of TN, LLC are franchise groups for Bojangles’ Restaurants, Inc. and based in Arden, NC. We own and operate 65 restaurants in Western North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Kentucky. We started in 2001 with six restaurants in Asheville, NC and have grown to the 65 locations we have today and continuing to grow!
Health Benefits
Full time employees are eligible after 60 days of employment to the first of the following month. Medical, Dental, Vision. Life and LTD are company paid after one year of employment. Other supplemental benefits also available upon eligibility.
401K
Salaried employees are eligible for our 401 K plan after one year of employment at open enrollment if you meet the eligibility requirements.
Payroll
When do we get paid?
We are paid weekly and our payday is on Tuesday at 2 PM. The work week begins at 12:01 a.m. on Monday and ends at midnight on Sunday. The pay period is one (1) work week, with 52 pay periods each year.
PAID TIME OFF
Salaried employees are eligible for PTO after 6 months of employment and hourly after one year of employment.
EMPLOYEE MEALS
Employees are entitled to one free meal while on duty.
