The Allegra Printing/Image 360 Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the frontline contact for our walk-in and phone-in customers. The main focus of this position is providing superior customer experiences and conducting inside sales activities following our consultative sales approach. The CSR is responsible for job scheduling and final quality control. Preparation and follow-up on estimates, orders and customer inquiries through the use of the Point-of-Sale (POS) system is a primary function of this position. Training is provided. In addition, the CSR will manage the lingering built orders contacting customer for pick-up of finished products, estimate and proof approval follow up, and targeted in-house marketing initiatives. Contact dormant accounts, follow up in internet sales leads, assist with A/R aging contacts, customer Thank-you card management, and e-blast management. Qualifications/Skills: -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint -Expertise in Internet Search -Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills -Professional, positive attitude -Ability to multi-task -Self motivated -Team Player -Ability to build professional relationships with diverse customer/prospect base Previous experience in business-to-business customer service a plus, Knowledge of print/sign industry substrates, media, products also a plus but not required.
