Looking for an experienced customer service/administrative assistant for a well-established mulch distribution company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES: · Answering phone calls for billing and customer service on multi-lines. · Compost Calls and scheduling compost deliveries. · Communicating with other company location. · Credit Card payments. · Input customer information into computer system including the routing, customer information, and all services. Schedule/Dispatch starts, stops and changes to the customers. · Inputting of additional customer orders, work items, including container exchanges from call in’s. · Assisting in the yard tours when necessary. · Other duties as required including making occasional outbound sales calls. REQUIRED SKILLS: · Professional phone etiquette and strong customer services skills. · Good working knowledge of computers and office software (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.). · Previous dispatch and routing experience a plus · Good verbal and written communication skills are essential. · Ability to multi task. · Strong attention to detail a must. · Ability to work cooperatively with others.
