Job Description
Performs venipunctures and skin punctures competently and expediently. Has thorough knowledge of test requirements, assists in Clinical Laboratory as needed. Responsibilities include bleeding time tests, blood cultures, and blood samples. Requirements include High School Diploma or Equivalent. Completion of Phlebotomy course and certification preferred. 1-3 years experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, computer requirements for the LIS system is required. Must be willing to work all shifts and days to include weekends. Must be available to respond on short notice. PRN
