| Job Description |
|
Performs a variety of tasks including phone triage, patient instructions, retrieving messages, returning patient calls, determining if an appointment is necessary, insurance prior authorization requests, follow-up with patient regarding test results, medication refills, and assisting physician with procedures. As needed may perform lab draws, injections, IV's and catheterizations.
Qualifications: Current NC or multi-state LPN licensure. CPR Certification required. 2-3 years of clinic/physician office experience. Must have the ability to carry out detailed written and oral instructions. Ability to read, understand and follow safety procedures. Excellent computer skills required. Attention to detail required. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English and follow oral and written directions.
