Unified Marine Inc. was formed in Bonita Springs, FL in 1984 and moved to Newport, TN in 2006. Unified Marine supplies leading mass merchants, marine and sports specialty stores, distributors, and OEM's across the U.S. with expanding overseas business Our mission is to provide and deliver high quality, affordable priced products and offer the industries best warranties for added benefit to our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in customer service and inside sales preferably in the marine industry.
Position Objective:
Provide the best possible service to customers by providing information in response to inquiries about products and services, obtains orders and resolve complaints. To increase new and current business through promoting new and current products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Answer customer questions and process customer request. 2. Provide information on products, shipments, and warranties along with compiling information and analysis to assist sales managers. 3. Enter order information into on-line system, providing appropriate paperwork and information. 4. Qualify and develop new customers. 5. Overcome challenges and fully understand customer complaints, recommending a positive solution. 6. Solicit sale of new and current products through mailings, phone calls, and personal meetings. 7. Develop sales analysis and sales history with trends to better serve the sales process. 8. Contact accounts daily to drive sales. 9. Minimal travel may be required.
Qualifications, Skills and other Experience required:
Individual must have a positive attitude and be a team player who wishes to grow with the company. Strong work ethics and confidence is a must. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently. Must have Microsoft Office computer skills. Strong communication, listening, and problem solving skills is a must. Background in the marine and trailer industry preferred.
Compensation Package:
Competitive Salary- $25,000 - $32,000 DOE Monthly commission Quarterly and Yearly Bonuses Full Benefits Package including 100% paid Medical
