| Job Description |
|
Nurse Practitioner needed for a family medical office in Sweetwater, TN. Responsible for providing primary care services, including assessing and managing patients in physician(s)' office. Assists physician(s) in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients. Provides monitoring and continuity of care between physician(s). Maintains and reviews patient records, charts, and other pertinent information. Post tests and examination results. Triages patient telephone calls and provides consultation.
Clinical experience as an NP and ability to work independently a must.
Current state certification (APN) required. Must maintain certification required for position; attends CME as appropriate.
