Posting Job Description Purpose: Time Warner Cable's Carolina Region Commercial Services department currently seeks a Project Coordinator for the Charlotte NC location. Please find below a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.
Essential Job Functions:
Distribute construction jobs to local construction departments via SF.com.
Actively engage in sales and operations process coordinate site survey activity as required.
Work closely with the Market Development team to support day to day activity.
Ensure the accurate tracking and release of construction projects.
Monitor inventory levels of CPE equipment and place replenishment orders as needed
Track all aspects of department activity and maintain departmental documentation and
reports.
Work closely with other departments such as Operations, Sales, Engineering and
Construction.
Work closely with Market Development staff to ensure successful implantation of process
evaluation and improvement programs.
Escalate issues as required to ensure that proper management teams are engaged.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree (A. A.)
.1-3 Years Project Coordinator and/or Project Management experience required
.Commercial experience required.
.Knowledge of sales operations/environment required.
.Telecom experience required
.Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
.Ability to take initiative and handle various task simultaneously while working efficiently, effectively, and independently under minimal supervision.
.Working knowledge of Excel, Word and SalesForce.com required.
.Ability to analyze and solve problems in a constantly changing work environment.
.Strong trouble-shooting and decision- making skills.
.Ability to work in a high pressure environment.
.Valid NC and /or SC driver's license and compliance with Time Warner Cable's vehicle safety operations policy required.

. Maintain a spreadsheet of card numbers and send to the travel department to update profiles and to Amex to ensure proper limits are put on each card
. Run reports periodically on outstanding expenses that are in "my wallet" and have not been submitted on a report
. Follow up with employees to help ensure expenses in "my wallet" are submitted on an expense report timely so payment to Amex can be made
. Review the air credit report monthly
. Ensure cards are cancelled timely upon employee termination
. Run daily report that shows any expenses that were not loaded correctly and work with ASG on getting them loaded to the correct card number
. Act as a liaison between Amex and the cardholder
. Processing American Express Gift Card requests
. Provide customer support to employee
