Ensure faultless execution at the local level with introduction and launch of new products. . Partner with counterparts in other Regions and Corporate Marketing group to ensure that the competitive and consumer intelligence from the field is communicated and analyzed in context. Sales Management . Develop and ensure great execution of a direct sales strategy while providing direction to regional Direct Sales Operation. . Consult with Divisional operations to ensure sales goals are being met. . Responsible for channel management throughout region. . Negotiate and maintain regional retail partnerships as well as manage and monitor plans for the retail channels, including the execution of national partnerships. . Set strategy for inbound sales throughout the region and establish benchmarks and performance goals for local and regional inbound sales and performance goals for local direct sales. . REQUIREMENTS: . Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or advanced degree highly preferred. Equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, but some college will be required. . Masters Degree and/or APR Certification preferred. . A proven track record of leading subscriber and revenue growth in a competitive industry . Experience in developing a large marketing & sales organization that markets in scale while attracting exceptional talent . 15 or more years of marketing and sales management experience with at least 7 years of experience in a senior marketing management position, preferably with multiple system organization. Ideally, intimate knowledge and familiarity with cable TV billing systems and technology. . Experience in Hispanic and Multicultural marketing . Change agent and culture carrier, requiring the balance between strategic and operating capability with a skew to seamless execution. .
