Position Summary:
This position is responsible for an Enterprise Information Security Technical Security Team. Essential Job Functions:
Staff and manage a team of highly skilled personnel performing Vulnerability Scanning, Penetration Testing, and Code Review processes across the TWC Enterprise.
Oversee and manage the Vulnerability Management Program which includes regular vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and code review activities in order to identify and remediate potential vulnerabilities that can be attacked and adversely impact the business. This program is also critical for TWC to maintain compliance with the PCI Standards required by many Credit Card Issuers in order to continue processing credit card payments.
Provide regular updates to management and auditors regarding the progress on all vulnerability management activities. Develop and track metrics to measure the overall success of all vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and code review efforts across the company and by business unit. Identify areas of improvement within the program and work with management and the team to implement program improvements over time.

Position Description
The Director, IT Service Delivery Planning is responsible for leading the planning of activities related to the IT Service Delivery functions as defined by the ITIL IT Service Management (ITSM) framework as well as leading the Service Support functions of Change and Release Management.
