Essential Job Functions:
-Directs automotive sales strategies for the East region
-Responsible for all markets' auto budgets and performance.
-Coordinates activities around and focus on the Automotive vertical across all of the region's markets and sales teams.
- Supports Account Executives and administrative support personnel in the automotive sector. Responsibilities include: coaching and training sales staff, participating in interviewing/hiring activities, providing input on all business actions related to auto sector.
- Prepares budgets, re-estimates and long-range plans.
- Responsible for the maximization of auto revenue production including management of related inventory and resources.
- Develops automotive advertising strategies and tactics, and promotional/event driven activities consistent with TWC policies and procedures and National/Local laws and regulations.
- Oversees the preparation of research and demographic analysis used to maximize local, regional and national sales efforts in the auto sector.
- Develops and maintains positive, productive working relationship with all market sales personnel and operational associates.
- Maintains high level of visibility and professionalism in the communities we serve and with clients.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
-Knowledge of advertising, marketing, promotion, production and traffic is required.
-Working knowledge of cable industry and National/Local regulations as they relate to areas of responsibility required.
-Local and national sales as well as agency experience preferred; specific Automotive expertise is preferred
-Incumbent will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starter and possess a desire to win.
-Must demonstrate proficient coaching skills including the ability to lead and inspire personnel to achieve goals.
-Requires the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing, and have strong interpersonal communications skills.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications or other related field. Five to ten years' related work and supervisory experience.

Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for end to end implementation of signed contracts of all sizes and in all phases whether they require construction or not. Primary focus will be on region wide opportunities but is available as a resource for local/division opportunities.
The Project Manager has cross-functional responsibility, authority, and accountability for the definition, planning, and execution of commercial projects. Essential Job Functions:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following and other duties as assigned.
. Works with both clients and sales staff and is primarily responsible for the successful delivery of projects on time, to budget, and within scope/quality.
. Determine the required cross functional staff and resources needed to effectively complete projects.
. Understands and clearly defines the scope of assigned projects.
. Tracks projects against the plan and adjusts schedules accordingly ensuring to notify all key stakeholders.
. Communicate regularly with project team, functional managers, and all key stakeholders to ensure all are apprised of the project status, issues impeding progress, actual to budget cost, and recovery plans for off-track items/tasks.

. Manage and motivate project team members to higher performance.
. Hold others accountable for completion of project task and actions items.
. Proactively ensures progress of the project by meeting with functional area managers to check for understanding and clarify project scope as needed.
. Facilitates effective communications within the project team by using a variety of communication methods (email, meetings, conference calls, and one on one discussions)
. Produce a final report and evaluation of the project, lessons learned.
. Manage all aspects of project budget.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES and Sphere of Influence:

A Project Manager is responsible for project teams of 2-6 people, with a typical duration of 45-60 days. From time to time Project Managers maybe called on to act on behave of the Operations Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
. 5+ years of relevant project management experienced required
. 5-7 years experience project managing a variety of business services projects at all levels.
. Relevant experience delivering facilities based telecommunications services desired
. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or extensive experience using a PMI based Project Management Methodology strongly desired.
. Bachelor of Science/Arts degree or equivalent project management work experience required
. Experience managing projects for internal and external customers and developing effective customer relationships desired.
. 2 -3 years previously worked in a Commercial Business Service fast paced environment highly desired.
. Telecommunication and/or cable experience preferred.
