Posting Job Description PURPOSE: Responsible for developing, implementing and measuring retention and customer lifecycle management programs, to reduce customer churn, increase customer contract renewal and maximize upsell revenue potential. FUNCTION: a.Develops, implements and measures pro-active and reactive retention programs to reach and exceed churn targets. Works with all internal departments, corporate, and manages outside vendor relationships as necessary. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business, marketing and sales or related discipline required . Minimum 7 years experience in the cable or telecommunications industry and/or management level within marketing department in related field. . Essential Job Functions: . Configure Oracle Incentive Compensation plan elements to accurately calculate commissions. . Work with business partners to understand complex compensation plan requirements and translate them into solutions that carefully consider reporting needs, usability, and system performance. .
