Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for end to end implementation of signed contracts of all sizes and in all phases whether they require construction or not. Primary focus will be on region wide opportunities but is available as a resource for local/division opportunities.
The Project Manager has cross-functional responsibility, authority, and accountability for the definition, planning, and execution of commercial projects. This position coordinates and documents project scope, defines and maintains project schedule, partners with functional managers for resources, provides direction to and coordinates between functional areas, reports progress and issues on a weekly basis or as needed
The Project Manager is a matrix line management position with direct authority over project and responsibility for staff assigned to the project meeting objectives without having direct authority. Therefore it is highly important for them to have outstanding motivational, leadership, and team building skills.
Essential Job Functions:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following and other duties as assigned.
. Works with both clients and sales staff and is primarily responsible for the successful delivery of projects on time, to budget, and within scope/quality.
. Determine the required cross functional staff and resources needed to effectively complete projects.
. Understands and clearly defines the scope of assigned projects.
. Tracks projects against the plan and adjusts schedules accordingly ensuring to notify all key stakeholders.
. Communicate regularly with project team, functional managers, and all key stakeholders to ensure all are apprised of the project status, issues impeding progress, actual to budget cost, and recovery plans for off-track items/tasks.
. Prepares and updates project management documentation including but not limited to, project plans, meeting agendas, feasibility reports, and project update reports.
. Establish and maintain an assessment of risk throughout the duration of the project.
. Manage and motivate project team members to higher performance.
. Hold others accountable for completion of project task and actions items.
. Proactively ensures progress of the project by meeting with functional area managers to check for understanding and clarify project scope as needed.
. Facilitates effective communications within the project team by using a variety of communication methods (email, meetings, conference calls, and one on one discussions)
. Produce a final report and evaluation of the project, lessons learned.
. Manage all aspects of project budget.
. Assist in the development of workflow process as required.
. Assist in the development and understanding of operations management staff as required.
. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Project Management methodology and process flows.
. Support Strategic planning and Sales initiatives.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES and Sphere of Influence:
Responsible for functional, budget, and timeline success, by effectively leading cross-functional teams. A Project Manager is responsible for project teams of 2-6 people, with a typical duration of 45-60 days. From time to time Project Managers maybe called on to act on behave of the Operations Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
. 5+ years of relevant project management experienced required
. 5-7 years experience project managing a variety of business services projects at all levels.
. Relevant experience delivering facilities based telecommunications services desired
. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or extensive experience using a PMI based Project Management Methodology strongly desired.
. Bachelor of Science/Arts degree or equivalent project management work experience required
. Experience managing projects for internal and external customers and developing effective customer relationships desired.
. 2 -3 years previously worked in a Commercial Business Service fast paced environment highly desired.
. Telecommunication and/or cable experience preferred.

Position Summary:
The Operations Manager will help identify, define, build and implement efforts related to the Company's transition to an HR Shared Services delivery model. Essential Job Functions:
. Track and prepare operational reporting and quality assurance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement across the HR Shared Services function.
. Create, define, monitor and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
. Identify improvement opportunities and partner with the Customer Service Manager, Centers of Excellence (COE), and HRIS to implement, manage and communicate change as well as develop training plans for the HR Service Center staff.
. Develop, implement and monitor action plans to transition HR Service Delivery from a currently decentralized model into a centralized model by continually identifying transactional work in the field or the COE that can be moved to HR Shared Services.
. Optimize and standardize processes, help implement new technology enhancements.
. Participate in vendor selection.
. Support superior customer relationship with Corporate and Field HR teams by conducting regular face to face satisfaction assessment meetings and conducting periodic customer service surveys to measure the customer effectiveness of the HR Shared Service function.
. Assist in developing and implementing productivity standards and monitoring to ensure Shared Service objectives and service targets are met.
. Monitor effectiveness and relevance of the policies and actively seek to identify continuous improvement opportunities and enhancements to improve service quality.
. Review and revise operating procedures to ensure that the HR Service Center provides excellent support to its business partners and to adapt to changing business needs.
. Determine HR Shared Services operational goals and metrics.
. Conduct business performance analysis reviews to assess performance against targeted objectives.

Job Requirements:
. 10+ years of related Human Resources experience, with significant business management experience in an HR Shared Services/operations center environment
. Experience in a PeopleSoft or other ERP environment
. Experience running an internal operation as well as experience managing an outsourced provider
. Experience in continuous process improvement, including technology upgrades and implementation
. Possess strong analytical capacity and expertise in communicating complex concepts
. In depth knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits transaction processing
. Ability to effectively interact, negotiate, and influence staff in various levels of the organization
. Strong orientation to detail
. Strong organizational and strategic skills with demonstrated experience developing and implementing solutions to issues
. Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects occurring at once in a rapidly changing environment
