As a Senior IT Recruiter your responsibilities will include:
Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled application development and technical support professionals on a contract and contract-to-hire basis.
Manage all aspects of contract and contract-to-hire hiring, including devising search strategies, evaluating resumes and coordinating/managing telephone and in-office interviews, reference checks, offers and rejections.
Manage the flow of services from Robert Half Technology to its customers.
Solidify Robert Half Technologys presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.

Experience

Position Description
The Corporate HR Manager is responsible for implementing HR strategy and providing HR generalist support to at least one corporate department and employee relations support to other corporate departments as assigned.
The job duties will encompass employee relations, compensation and benefits execution, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning and organization design.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Develops recommendations and solutions to deliver results in line with Client business goals

- Manages specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participates in functional and cross-functional initiatives
- Provides advice and counsel to managers, supervisors and employees regarding Lowe's human resource policies, practices and relevant employment laws
- Provides direction and guidance to all levels of management within CSC locations on, disciplinary actions, leave of absence administration, legal compliance, workers compensation, etc
- Manage the Finance & Accounting (FAR) Program to ensure the program develops qualified employees for the Finance & Internal Audit departments
As requested or as deemed necessary, provides training, to CSC management and non-management employees, on Human Resource related topics (i.e. Performance Management, Anti-harassment, FMLA, and EEO)
- Conducts exit interviews in order to gain insight on employees' reasons for leaving
- Manages CSC managements' response to unemployment insurance claims, provides information to company's 3rd. party unemployment insurance administrator in support of the company's position, preps managers for and where appropriate participates in unemployment hearings
Position Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree and 5-7 years total HR-related experience, including at least 3 years as an HR generalist
- Proven ability to be an effective HR partner with client groups
- Excellent communication skills (including written, listening and speaking) and experience working effectively with all levels of employees
- Familiarity conducting training classes on HR related topics and effective platform skills are a must
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple issues and projects as well as the ability to make complex issues simple and understandable
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Strong MS Office skills
