Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position. Essential Job Functions: -Directs automotive sales strategies for the East region -Responsible for all markets' auto budgets and performance. -Coordinates activities around and focus on the Automotive vertical across all of the region's markets and sales teams. - Supports Account Executives and administrative support personnel in the automotive sector. Job Requirements: -Knowledge of advertising, marketing, promotion, production and traffic is required. -Working knowledge of cable industry and National/Local regulations as they relate to areas of responsibility required. -Local and national sales as well as agency experience preferred; specific Automotive expertise is preferred -Incumbent will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starter and possess a desire to win. -Must demonstrate proficient coaching skills including the ability to lead and inspire personnel to achieve goals. -Requires the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing, and have strong interpersonal communications skills. -Requires solid problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly while using good judgment. -Travel as needed is a requirement.
