Job Requirements:
-Knowledge of advertising, marketing, promotion, production and traffic is required.
-Working knowledge of cable industry and National/Local regulations as they relate to areas of responsibility required.
-Local and national sales as well as agency experience preferred; specific Automotive expertise is preferred
-Incumbent will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starter and possess a desire to win.
-Must demonstrate proficient coaching skills including the ability to lead and inspire personnel to achieve goals.

Education & Experience:

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to serve as a "pipeline" or reserve candidate to ensure full staffing for the Inbound Sales Representative group. 6.Follow established procedures for assigning IP addresses, as necessary.
7.Complete all necessary paperwork and submit required reports as requested by management.
