Position Description
This will be a special project to retrieve files form various locations/ departments, photocopy relevant documents, return originals to place of origin and file copies in sequential order. May be assigned other administrative-type duties if project experiences any unanticipated down time.
**Note-2 positions available. Both positions will start on 12/01/09 and will last for approximately 4 to 7 weeks based upon business need.
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a pleasant, can do, positive attitude personality that has good organizational skills and pays attention to detail; ability to stand and photocopy for longs periods of time; ability to properly file documents in accordance with prescribed instructions; some light lifting of files is required (although a cart will be available for moving files).

Position Description

. Leads the Extended Protection Plan program expansion and makes appropriate recommendations (i.e., Underwriting, Service Network acquisition/development), etc.
. Develops recommendations to Senior Management to support product, category and channel development of the Extended Protection Plan program.
Position Requirements
. 4 year degree or equivalent experience required
. Minimum of 15 years experience in a retail product/merchandising-related field
. Minimum 10 years experience in extended warranty/service contract products and channel development for retail, consumer direct, and multi channel marketing. Includes pricing, profitability analysis, actuarial and channel management
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
. In-depth understanding of extended warranty service contracts in big-box or nationwide retail channels

Position Description
The PCM Coordinator is responsible for providing tactical support to the Product Content Management initiative and application. This position is also responsible for facilitating the achievement of strategic Company objectives for electronic commerce transactions involving data synchronization.
Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing the execution of PCM business compliance objectives; communicating our product data requirements to our vendors and other internal business groups; implementing the PCM application and enhancements with business users; analyzing product data for accuracy and completeness; initiating improvements in application functionality; coordinating work with 3rd parties including but not limited to vendors, solution providers, GS1 and 1SYNC; and communicating vendor compliance to vendors and internal groups. This position will serve as a support role and liaison for Merchandising, vendors and other third parties regarding user administration, systems, policies, procedures, etc. and will work closely with PCM Senior Analysts, PCM Managers and IT Support, as well as act as a PCM subject matter expert within and outside of the PCM department.
Additional responsibilities include: identifying tools and technologies needed to support PCM applications and administration, developing recommendations and procedural guidelines for the PCM system that are required to execute programs, insuring third parties meet the quality standards established by management, and strengthening relationships with departments outside the PCM department. This position will be tasked with special PCM projects and events as required. Travel may be required.
Position Requirements
