Position Description
Assists in the development, implementation, and validation of Staffing Department initiatives and objectives. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of labor standards related to the efficient operation of the automated labor scheduling system. Provides detailed labor analysis that clearly identifies specific opportunities for intervention. Expected to identify and quantify opportunities that enhance stores' ability to effectively manage labor costs while maintaining customer service standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Labor Management Analyst Engineer will work closely with the Manager of Store Staffing & Labor Mgmt in the execution of the organization's revenue maximization and cost saving initiatives and objectives. The ideal candidate is very analytical and experienced in developing engineered labor standards in a retail environment. Position will be responsible for gathering and analyzing workload requirements for store tasks and activities, conducting time studies in order to develop labor requirements, apply the appropriate analysis techniques to time studies in order to derive labor standards, and maintain labor standards database for use in company labor planning models.
Position Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in quantitative based field (i.e. Math, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Accounting)
. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
. Proven quantitative experience and ownership of projects
. Demonstrated intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (i.e. ability to process large datasets with complex formulas)
. Demonstrated intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Access (i.e. ability to develop a database for processing data and frequent reporting)
Preferred Qualifications
. Detail oriented
. Experienced in working with Engineered Labor Standards in a Retail Environment
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access

Position Description
The UAT Test Engineer will work with the eCommerce business analysts and program mangers to translate business requirements and functional specifications of the website into test plans and test scripts. In addition the UAT Test Engineer is also responsible for learning and testing various back end website support applications used within the organization. The UAT Test Engineer must be familiar with the SDLC and Quick Fix Engineering processes as well as User Acceptance and Content testing.
The UAT Test Engineer will create, execute and automate test scripts to validate proper site operation and identify, document, and communicate defects regarding the quality of the system. This process includes using defined testing tools such as Quality Center to document test scripts, report defects and track issues to resolution. As well as Quick Test Pro or Selenium to programmatically automate test scripts.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
.Test planning: Formulating an overall test strategy, master test plan and detailed test cases for a software or Web application, sometimes without specs or any other type of documentation
.Web testing: Testing websites and Web applications for functionality, content , usability and browser compatibility
.Environment & compatibility testing: Verifying an application works under all required configurations (operating systems, Web browsers, etc.)
.Fulfillment testing: Verifying the company's e-commerce operations from end-to-end
.Test Automation: automating test scripts

Position Description
Prepare fixture and merchandise plans which can be supported by Merchandising, Store Operations, Planogramming, Store Environment, and Display Management. Work with aligned Merchandising Divisions to develop thorough understanding of Merchandising's philosophies and strategies; which should include established visual presentation goals, desired planogram adjacencies, planogram space allocations, SOS display layouts, and corporate endcap & side cap placement. Types of plans to be executed include Merchandise departmental prototype standards, Atypical projects, New Prototypes, Major Remerchandising projects, and Reset Plans.
Develop thorough understanding Planogram constraints: rack size, fixture limitations, and display requirements; as well as ensure compatibility between planogram placement and facility characteristics (aisle widths/wall penetrations/columns).
Ability to develop thorough knowledge of existing store formats and prototypes; which should include identification of significant shifts in merchandising initiatives. Ability to accurately report on department space allocations (bay counts) and variations in space, though store format comparisons.
Develop and prepare Remerchandising project plans to support aligned Merchandise Divisions. Plan and prepare remerchandising plans which reflect the requests of Store Operations. Utilize Remerchandising survey visit checklist to develop and apply each store's approved scope of work items. Review store specific variances with Store Planning Management, to ensure standard remerchandising store plans are accurately prepared and cost estimates & project duration requirements can be achieved.
Support Major Resets and Rollback Projects by working with partners in VSM and Merchandising on existing store formats and scope of work development. Develop model layouts and/or store specific reset plans, which can be implemented in the field, to support new Merchandising strategies or products. Responsible for the review process, plan development, revision updates, plan distribution, and ensuring project tracking schedules are maintained and all project plans are completed accurately and on time.
Assist Store Planning Management in the professional development of Store Planner I's aligned with same merchandising groups by encouraging the development of their knowledge of merchandising philosophies.
Occasional travel to stores and off-site meetings, to include overnight stays, is required.
Position Requirements
Minimum of one year store planning experience.
