Posting Job Description PURPOSE: Responsible for developing, implementing and measuring retention and customer lifecycle management programs, to reduce customer churn, increase customer contract renewal and maximize upsell revenue potential. FUNCTION: a.Develops, implements and measures pro-active and reactive retention programs to reach and exceed churn targets. Works with all internal departments, corporate, and manages outside vendor relationships as necessary. Develops and manages annual retention marketing expense budget. b.Constantly evaluates retention metrics; immediately implements remedies to improve when necessary. c.Develops, implements and measures contract management programs to reach and exceed churn and contract attainment targets. Develops and manages annual contract management expense budget. d.Develops daily, weekly, monthly and annual churn and contract attainment goals. e.Develops other customer lifecycle programs including winback and loyalty. f.Manages our Customer Advisory Board program, to solicit feedback and maintain relationships with our top customers. g.Develops and manages our complimentary service program. h.Responsible for working with Care to constantly maximize the effectiveness of IVR technology, routing and messaging to improve sales results and customer experience. i.Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business, marketing and sales or related discipline required . Minimum 7 years experience in the cable or telecommunications industry and/or management level within marketing department in related field. . Strong knowledge of marketing principles and applications. . Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thorough knowledge of planning and execution of programs, and work experience in the above areas. . Ability to thrive in and adjust to a constantly changing environment. . Proactive work ethic and self starter. . Strong knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: . MBA preferred. . Focus on customer lifecycle management preferred. . Schedule: TBD Purpose: The purpose of this position is to work in a 24/7/365 operations center supporting field service and maintenance personnel to monitor and support the Hybrid Fiber Coax cable network. Provide assistance in the analysis, dispatching, troubleshooting, reports report development, and supporting fix agents for network issues. Contact customers with a high level of customer service and troubleshoot issues related to service impairments. Work closely with fellow employees via phone and written correspondence. Work under moderate supervision and guidance. Essential Job Functions: o Utilize all current available, and future, telemetry software to monitor network devices. o Interpret data from such monitoring to identify current and potential network problems. o Attempt to pinpoint network device failure location utilizing system design prints. o Dispatch fix agent personnel using a database system and ticketing system. o Research and identify unnecessary service calls related to discovered issues. o Monitor intermittent issues (both area and individual customer related). o Maintain records of activities and report progress and findings. o Troubleshoot and maintain IP Telephony network, providing solutions to complex hard-ware/software network problems, providing after-hours on call support as required. o Verify issue resolution. o Assist department in crisis management situations. o All other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: . Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MIS or Computer Science preferred or 2 years experience in related field. . Must have experience utilizing telemetry software to monitor interpret data related to network devices in order to pintpoint network problems. . Must have experience with the dispatch fix agent personnel using a database system and ticketing system. . Troubleshoot and maintain IP Telephony network, providing solutions to complex hard- ware/software network problems, providing after-hours on call support as required. . Verify issue resolution experience required. . An understanding of routing protocols and LAN/WAN principles necessary required. . The ability to solve network problems or infrastructure issues and manage performance and capacity issues is required. . The ability to rapidly adapt to changing technology and apply solutions to business required. . Candidate must be organized and self- motivated with the ability to plan and support all aspects of both IP Telephony/Data networks and Hybrid Fiber Coax network, ensuring the highest level of performance on a 24/7 network infrastructure required. . Ability to develop metrics reports and analyse trends pertaining to service and network performance required. .
