To co-approve and recommend to higher levellenders those requests beyond the authority levels established for the position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essentialfunctions for this job. Other Duties may be performed, both major and minor,which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.1. The efficient servicing of those assigned dealer relationships through thepurchasing of quality retail credits by using sound lending judgment andfollowing approved underwriting policies and procedures. Expected averagemonthly new loan production volume for this position should fall between 150 and200. 2. Establish and maintain assigned dealer relationships and solicitadditional business through a calling program with F&I manager, generalmanager, and/or owner if applicable. 3. Identify opportunities to cross-selladditional bank products to clients, and work with IRM partners to developdealer relationships with at least five (5) different bank services. 4. CompleteDealer Reviews and other credit and sales reports in a timely manner for dealersas assigned. 5. Responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation andstatements for assigned dealers is obtained on a timely basis and each dealerline is approved through the Dealer Review process annually. 6. Responsible formaintaining assigned dealers within established limits and at acceptable overallportfolio quality levels. 7. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding ofthe Appro (application processing) system, with an emphasis on the analystprogram. 8. Assist in training of new Sales Finance lenders regarding theapplication processing system (Appro) and underwriting policies and procedures.9. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Dealer Reserve process.10. Assist with collection of insurance and warranty refunds as directed. 11.Represent the Bank in a professional and mature manner. 12. Perform other dutiesas assigned. Required Skills and Competencies: The requirements listed below arerepresentative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Collects assigned budget; completes work activity on accounts in assigned file.

Completes assigned management training in a timely manner.

Performs other related duties/responsibilities, as required.

Every Other Saturday 8-12
