| Report to the Coordinator of Educational Enrichment, implement programs/services secured with LEAP funding in accordance with CFT policies and procedures; implement activities planned by the Educational Enrichment Coordinator with youth; work with Continuum staff, volunteers and co-workers to ensure activities are carried out as designed and are therapeutic for the youth; provide input and feedback to the Coordinator and other staff about activities; develop, obtain approval for plan, and implement enrichment educational programming with students during designated after school and out of school hours; actively involve students in selecting and planning for activities; engage student's enthusiasm and cooperation in implementing activities; ensure activities provide educational enrichment which can generalize to a classroom or other educational environment; ensure activities build confidence levels and teach practical life skills; other duties as assigned; REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Education or education-related field OR student in good standing in an accredited advanced degree-awarding program nearing completion of degree in education; must be able to work flexible hours (after school and/or out of school hours); valid TN driver's license, with the ability to obtain an "F" endorsement; other duties as assigned. |
