Prioritize and manage workload basedon established goals for completion of planning engagements. Communicate statusof work by using the Financial Planning Production Report. 3. Make suggestionsto WMFP Manager for changes and/or enhancements that will better assure qualityservice and smooth delivery of WMFP services. 4. Remain knowledgeable andup-to-date on personal financial issues, regulations, investment philosophy, andplanning techniques in order to provide the best possible advice to our BB&Tclients. 5. Maintain professional designations and continuing education creditsby attending budgeted C.E. meetings and seminars. Summarize and shareprofessional education experiences during weekly WMFP conference calls. 6.Research details of various planning techniques and products available to WealthManagement clients. Communicate findings to WM relationship manager. 7. Attendand participate in weekly WMFP sales, administrative, and continuing educationconference calls. Share experiences, insight, and thoughts related to WMfinancial planning process. 8. Maintain organized, efficient client files withminimal excess information; properly dispose of outdated paper-based andelectronic-based information. 9. Determine most appropriate software tools andinformational support in order to illustrate planning strategies and techniqueseffectively to BB&T planning clients. 10. Work closely with LeadershipDevelopment Program (LDP) and summer internship personnel to demonstrateexecution of Financial Planning Specialist duties and responsibilities. Overseefinancial planning activities of LDP and internship personnel during time spentwith Wealth Management team. 11. Oversee and conduct ongoing training sessionsregarding planning techniques, sales, and presentation skills. Whereappropriate, communicate with WM Team Leader and WMFP Manager regarding careerdevelopment of Financial Planning Specialist I and II positions. 12. Encourageand maintain excellent working relationships with attorneys, accountants, andother advisors to assure quality administration and increased businessopportunity. Represent the BB&T in civic, community, government, banking andprofessional groups. 13. Promote and communicate WMFP's objectives and missionto regional BB&T referral sources and external clients. 14. Utilize ProActivclient relationship management software to record sales activity, delivery offinancial plans, and participation in the decathlon sales process. 15. Preservethe confidential nature of our client's personal financial data and obtain andshare this data according to BB&T policies, guidelines, and ethicsrequirements. 16.
