Position Summary:
Experienced instructional designer to design and create adult education related to New Products, Customer Care, On-Boarding, Field Operations, Leadership Development and Train-the-Trainers.
Essential Job Functions:
Conduct course needs analysis to validate learning needs. Work in a virtual team to design and develop learning solutions using a blended approach that includes instructor led, web-based self paced, on-the-job training tools, coaching verifications, etc. Collaborate and partner with team members and subject matter experts from various field operations and corporate departments in an effort to develop dynamic learning solutions. Manage projects to come in on time, on budget, and with quality. Ensure that all learning solutions are inline with our business strategies and can be measured to show return on investment.
Job Requirements:
Proven competency in instructional design with expertise in the development of blended learning - instructor led, self paced, web-based, etc. Strong project management skills applied in a business/corporate environment. Experience in all phases of the instructional design process. 2-4 years of experience designing for new product training. Knowledge of authoring tools, usability and functionality testing methods, as well as course and learner evaluation methodology. Experience in curriculum design, content development and training best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Dream Weaver, Flash, Adobe Photoshop, SoundForge, and Captivate. Experience using HTML, XML, Actionscript and other web technologies a plus. Ability to work well with others.
Education and Experience:
Master's degree (M. A.) or higher; or equivalent training, education and experience.
Additional Educational Information (if any): Must have a Masters Degree in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology and 2-4 years Instructional Design experience in a corporate/business environment preferably with a focus on new product and service launches

Position Summary:

Essential Job Functions:

. Reconfigure test environments and associated platforms to support product testing
. Install and upgrade platform software for DNCS and VOD server platforms as required
. Set up, maintain and develop required tools, scripts and simulators to support various product level testing
. Support program teams in conducting end-to-end system integration testing for TWC product offerings
. Support program teams in the creation and execution of system integration test plans
. Support program teams in organizing, documenting and distributing product documents
. Assist Integration and Support team in the beta launch of new products and services
. Validate product upgrade procedures
. Assist in the completion of all required deployment and operation documentation

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the following:

Job Requirements:
Good technical accounting skills
Knowledge of fixed asset accounting
Sarbanes-Oxley and/or internal controls experience

Minimum 4 years of accounting experience

SUMMARY:
The Meteorologist will research, analyze, prepare and deliver on multiple daily weather segments on television and on News 14 Carolina's website.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Prepares and delivers multiple daily television and web weathercasts demonstrating a detailed knowledge of meteorology and regional geography, as well as on-camera poise, professional appearance and voice quality combining for a presentation that is authoritative, credible, and conversational.
. Must be able to ad-lib as needed and handle on-air problems during extensive segments of continuous severe weather coverage. Must be capable of gathering and analyzing detailed meteorological data in order to generate timely, accurate forecasts which meet standards established by the Chief Meteorologists, News Director and VP/GM.
. Aggressively covers breaking weather events and stories, such as severe thunderstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes and snow or ice storms. Thoroughly understands, operates and utilizes computer graphics system to present weather information that is interesting, reliable and easy for the viewer to understand.
. Generate and develop weather story ideas.
. Makes public appearances at the guidance of the News Director and Marketing department.
. Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
. Strong on-camera communication skills.
. Ability to work under time and deadline pressure.
. Excellent computer skills and experience with weather graphics systems.
. Extensive knowledge of meteorology, geography, weather forecasting and severe storm tracking techniques.
. Willingness to work variety of shifts and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.
