This position is offered by MedCare Specialists, a division of FamilyCare
Specialists. Our company provides breath alcohol and
drug testing and support services. We also offer pre-employment screening
services, DOT physicals, workers compensation
and post accident support services for our target business customer.
- Candidate will call upon local businesses and present our company's
services to HR directors, HR managers and other
targeted decision makers within the company.
- Candidate should have previous management and/or customer service
experience. Sales experience is preferred but not
required.
- Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and have
knowledge of state law requirements in drug testing,
breath alcohol testing and workers compensation.
- Candidate will need to be a self starter with excellent decision making
skills, organization skills and multitasking skills.
If you have prior experience in the medical field (LPN or CNA) this would be
quite useful as well.

Completes the GCS A/R Training Program, including STAR Tutor during the first week of employment, prior to file assignment.
Complies with all specified FDCPA, state and city laws and provisions, as outlined n the GCS Compliance with FDCPA and State Collection Laws Statement, the GCS A/R Training Program and the FDCPA Test.
Collects assigned budget; completes work activity on accounts in assigned file.
Completes assigned management training in a timely manner.
Performs other related duties/responsibilities, as required.
Additional Requirements:
3 x 8-5
1 x 12-9
1 x 1-10
Every Other Saturday 8-12
One Sunday per Month
