The Client Services Service Administrator provides support and call processing assistance for hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor degree. Your education and work experience must demonstrate reliability, a passion for learning, attention to detail, technical aptitude, effective communication skills, and the organizational skills necessary to constantly juggle multiple priorities.
We operate 24/7/365. Therefore, you must be willing to work some holidays, participate in an on-call schedule, and be flexible in your schedule requirements. Your shift will include one weekend day per week. Those who prefer 2nd and 3rd shift are encouraged to apply. Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential functions include:
Collect delinquent accounts based on an assigned monthly budget in accordance with GC Services and Client policies as well as all specified FDCPA, state and city laws.
Document all collections activity concisely and accurately on the Client system.
Correct deficiencies and oversights during quality assurance reviews as outlined by the Unit Manager, Assistant Manager and/or Manager.
Additional Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Good negotiation skills.
Good customer service skills.
Must be computer literate.
30 Current Openings to fill immediately.
Prefer 3rd party collections experience.
Schedule: 3 days 8:00am-5:00pm, 2 days
1:00pm-10:00pm and 2 Saturdays
per month (Saturdays hours:
8:00am - 12:00pm |
