Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following isa summary of the essential functions for this job. Other Duties may beperformed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specificactivities may change from time to time. 1. Understand and execute on, asappropriate, the BB&T Private Banking Model, the BB&T Decathlon SalesProcess, and the BB&T Profiling Model in support of the PBMs and PBs intheir responsibilities for the Private Banking client segment. 2. Enter andmaintain appropriate client records, including deposit accounts, SMART MoneyManager accounts, retail loan accounts, retail loan documentation, financialplans, etc. 3. Facilitate day-to-day transactional needs of the Private Bankingclient base, including processing deposits, retail loan documentation, retailloan proceeds and payments, transfers, overdrafts, and other routinetransactions as appropriate and maintain accurate transactional documentation.4. Maintain positive working relationships with various departments andspecialists (IRM "Integrated Relationship Management" Partners) whoare designated to support Private Banking client service efforts (i.e., RetailCredit Underwriting, Mortgage Underwriting, Deposit Management, InvestmentManagement, Trust Services, Insurance Services, etc.) in support of the IRMbusiness model. 5. Maintain positive working relationships with outside centersof influence of PBMs and PBs, such as CPAs, attorneys, physicians, localadvisory board members, etc. in an effort to support and enhance the businessdevelopment efforts of the PBMs and PBs. 6. Respond to client requests forinformation and assistance within appropriate level of authority. 7. Support thesales effort by scheduling appointments, making follow up telephone calls, andpreparing and maintaining client marketing materials. 8. Continually renderextraordinarily responsive and personal service to Private Banking clients.Required Skills and Competencies: The requirements listed below arerepresentative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Associate's degree with a concentration in business,accounting, finance or banking, or equivalent education and related training 2.Minimum of three to four years of banking, investment, or financialplanning-related client service experience 3. Primary responsibilities of the Pre-Production Assistant are checking job tickets for accuracy and merging production information into jobs originating from the Sales Department. This position functions as a liaison between Sales and Pre-Press and is responsible for communicating job instructions between departments. The Pre-Production Assistant also performs a variety of tasks related to interacting with external clients, including emailing digital proofs, facilitating corrections, obtaining signed approvals and coordinating shipping activities.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, basic math and reading skills, excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.

Plasticard-Locktech International, a leading manufacturer of hotel key cards and other printed products currently has an opening for a 1st shift (8:00am to 4:30pm) Digital Pre-Press Operator. Primary responsibilities of the Digital Pre-Press Operator are to evaluate, prepare, and maintain graphic materials used to produce artwork for proofs and for offset printing. This position performs a variety of tasks related to transforming text and digital images into finished product and requires careful attention to job specifications and color proofs. Also requires creation of digital images as requested by clients to include design, layout, scanning, photo manipulation, color adjustment and file maintenance. This position is also responsible for creating plates for press, which includes generating impositions, ripping files and generating color accurate proofs. Requires frequent interaction and communication with other departments as well as external customers.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent business experience, proficiency in the use of Macintosh and PC computers as well as electronic publishing systems, proficiency in the use of desktop publishing and graphic software including, but not limited to, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat and Quark. Requires the ability to manipulate or modify industry standard file formats such as EPS, TIFF, and JPEG. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to pay attention to detail, ability to understand and demonstrate depth perception and color separation and saturation and the ability to work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

• Issues travelers’ cheques, cash exchange checks; issues, redeems savings bonds; issues money orders; posts mail transactions as received; issues VISA and MasterCard cash advances as approved
• Balances all daily work; reconciles errors in a timely manner
• Solicits business from new and existing customers; cross sells Bank accounts and services
• Places holds on customer accounts as necessary
• Services and balances ATM; loads, unloads and changes currency cassettes
• Assists customers with safety deposit box requests
• Orders cash from vault teller as office needs dictate; maintains a record of all vault currency ordered, received and disbursed
• May travel to other offices when assistance is needed
