Essential Job Functions:
Provide tier-2 level support on new Video Technologies being deployed within Time Warner Divisions. Must be able to troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance and provide technical phone support in a 24/7 environment and also be available for on-call duty. Required to document trouble calls/outages using a trouble ticketing system. Training on and reviewing new technologies.

Posting Job Description Perform activities related to Time Warner Cable's Digital Phone Service primarily in the area of business process oversight and assurance of Call Record Mediation and Rating, specifically as this area is impacted by a major initiative changing how TWC interacts with other telecom carriers and carrier networks. Responsibilities may extend to Time Warner's Wireless Data, Wireless Voice and High Speed On-Line usage processing as required. A successful candidate is expected to establish and monitor production stream audits and controls to protect revenue and settlement data continuity and integrity; implement improvements leading to higher percentages of rating success, develop and maintain reporting databases to establish trending as a means to detect data leakage/processing fallout; construct and publish business requirements documents to support the introduction of new products, features and controls that impact the rating production stream; and, troubleshoot upstream/downstream delivery of service/usage record generation activities that can jeopardize rating stream success. The analyst may also be called upon to:
. Develop methods & procedures to enforce use of revenue stream audits & controls;
. Investigate and propose solutions to address system/process defects as they arise, including formal reporting and follow-up with development and other groups;
. Create test/use cases to certify new development prior to introduction to production;
. Monitor project timelines and overall progress, ensure business unit deadlines are met;
. Perform Financial Analysis in order to measure potential revenue leakage/loss exposure; and
. Support generation of business cases to justify production stream improvements.
Essential Job Functions:
. Oversee security and integrity of usage event records received from TWC network elements and outside vendors through the entire production rating & mediation stream and subsequent delivery for invoicing, settlement and data retention for reporting purposes.
. Monitor production reporting for mediation and rating to ensure full integrity of the production stream and performance meets established production SLAs governing timeliness and accuracy.
. Investigate causes leading to rating failures or inaccuracies, recommends corrective action and institutes steps to implement improvements to the production stream.
. Produce reporting for management identifying scope and impact of processing defects as they arise.
. Create business requirements and testing documentation and support execution of testing new software prior to its release into the production environment.
. Become a SME relative to service provisioning of voice, wireless and high speed data and how breakpoints in those processes could lead to revenue leakage through failure to invoice monthly fees for services provided or failures in the company's ability to timely and accurate rate usage.
. Travel 5% or less
Job Requirements:
. BS in Accounting/Finance or MIS/IT/Computer Science;
. 1 - 2 years experience in a Revenue Assurance role or comparable function;
. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and Visio along with Oracle/Relational Database applications and Visual Basic;

. Career experience in a position involving project based activities requiring delivery of work product at specified deadlines; and
